The fact that I've been passionate about Real Estate for the majority of my life means being a REALTOR isn't just what I am, it's who I am. I'm blessed to be able to have a career that helps support my family while doing what I love, and it infiltrates every aspect of my life, every day. Talking and connecting with people comes easily for me, which enables me to better understand the needs and wants of my clients, who then often become repeat clients and friends. I really do love what I do and being able to help my clients achieve their homeownership goals is exceptionally rewarding.
Starting my real estate career early and working in different aspects of the business has allowed me to gain an abundance of knowledge, skill and perspective, which flows directly into my work and allows me to provide my clients with top notch service. Working as a REALTOR comes naturally to me, no two transactions are the same and I'm always learning something new that I can apply to future business. In addition to staying in tune with what's happening in the local and national market, I strive to excel in communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with many different types of people and personalities, which ultimately allows for better negotiating, smoother closings and happy clients. Top that off with a Brokerage that offers the best and most recent technology, training, marketing and administrative tools, and I am able to offer above and beyond service to each and every one of my Buyers and Sellers.
I've had the pleasure of working with all types of Buyers and Sellers: first-time homebuyers both young and old, experienced homeowners with new wants and needs, investors building a rental portfolio, and empty nesters who need help processing and planning for all that's involved with downsizing. I am the one who holds your hand and guides you through the entire process, offering pep talks when you're frustrated, a level head and perspective when things get complicated, and experience to help you make the most educated decisions possible while dealing with the emotional ups and downs of buying or selling a home. I would be honored to provide this for you, too!
I was born and raised in Westerville, Ohio, which is where I currently live. I went to Westerville North High School and then went on to THE Ohio State University and also got my real estate license, at age 19. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1998 where I worked primarily in mortgage lending, but despite the palm trees, mountains and spring-like winters, I missed Ohio and moved back home in 2006. Once my youngest was in school full-time, I decided to come back to my true calling and got relicensed to sell Real Estate and have been loving it ever since! My husband, Jacob, and I have a blended family that includes six children, two of which are adults and live on their own, and four teenagers that are still at home. I am an animal lover, especially dogs and the bigger the better. We have a Mastiff, a mutt, and three cats. Our home is busy and full between school and work (and life!), but we do enjoy beach vacations in the Carolinas most summers, watching Buckeye Football, and just hanging out together as a family.
