This designation is earned by meeting minimum transaction experience requirements in addition to taking coursework that sharpens the listing agent's skills in regard to evaluating, pricing, and marketing a home, reading, presenting and negotiating offers, and other tools and tactics to better support the Seller, all while understanding and applying the Realtor Code of Ethics.
